- Is Jetvor free for buyers?
- Yes. Raising requests for quotes, running AOG requests, comparing offers and placing orders are all free for buyers. There is no charge to source through Jetvor.
- When is commission charged?
- Commission is charged to the supplier only when an order completes. Quotes that do not win, cancelled orders and refunded orders attract no commission at all.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- What happens if I exceed my plan's quote limit?
- You are told before you hit the limit, and can upgrade to continue quoting. Existing listings and orders are never affected.
- Do I need aviation certifications to sell?
- You need a valid trade licence and at least one recognised quality approval, AS9120, AS9100, FAA Part 145, EASA Part 145 or ISO 9001. This is what lets buyers trust the marketplace.
