Common questions

Is Jetvor free for buyers?
Yes. Raising requests for quotes, running AOG requests, comparing offers and placing orders are all free for buyers. There is no charge to source through Jetvor.
When is commission charged?
Commission is charged to the supplier only when an order completes. Quotes that do not win, cancelled orders and refunded orders attract no commission at all.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens if I exceed my plan's quote limit?
You are told before you hit the limit, and can upgrade to continue quoting. Existing listings and orders are never affected.
Do I need aviation certifications to sell?
You need a valid trade licence and at least one recognised quality approval, AS9120, AS9100, FAA Part 145, EASA Part 145 or ISO 9001. This is what lets buyers trust the marketplace.
