1. Who we are, and what Jetvor is

Jetvor is operated by Vendaxis. The platform is a marketplace: it introduces buyers of aircraft parts to suppliers of those parts, and provides the tools to request quotes, compare responses, and record the resulting orders.

Jetvor is not a party to the contract of sale between a buyer and a supplier. We do not manufacture, hold, inspect, certify, or take title to any part listed on the platform. The contract for any part is between the buyer and the supplier directly.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Supplier accounts are subject to verification. We may require a trade licence and evidence of quality approval (such as AS9120, AS9100, FAA Part 145, or EASA Part 145) before permitting listings or quotes. Verification may be withdrawn if a certification lapses or if information provided proves inaccurate.

3. Listings and quotes

Suppliers are solely responsible for the accuracy of everything they publish, including:

• part numbers, descriptions and specifications;
• condition codes and the basis on which they were assigned;
• certification and traceability claims, including release documentation;
• pricing, availability, and lead times.

A quote submitted through Jetvor is an offer to supply on the terms stated. When a buyer accepts a quote, an order is created recording what was agreed at that moment. Acceptance forms a binding commitment between buyer and supplier.

4. Airworthiness and certification

Jetvor does not verify the airworthiness, certification status, or traceability of any part. Determining that a part is acceptable for installation on a specific aircraft - including reviewing release documentation, verifying traceability to an approved source, and confirming applicability, remains entirely the responsibility of the buyer and its accountable technical personnel.

Nothing on this platform constitutes an airworthiness release, a certification, or engineering approval of any kind.

5. Fees

Buyers use Jetvor at no charge. Suppliers may be charged a subscription fee for their plan and a commission on the value of completed orders. Applicable rates are shown on the pricing page and in your account before you incur them.

Commission is charged on the value of an order once it completes. Cancelled and refunded orders do not attract commission. Fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added where required.

Invoices are payable by the due date stated. We may suspend access to paid features on overdue accounts after notice.

6. Payment and delivery between buyer and supplier

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a given transaction, payment for parts and arrangements for shipping, customs, insurance and delivery are settled directly between buyer and supplier. Jetvor records these in the order for reference but does not act as escrow agent, freight forwarder, or importer of record.

7. Prohibited use

• Listing counterfeit, stolen, or unapproved parts, or misrepresenting traceability.
• Circumventing the platform to avoid fees on an introduction made through it.
• Scraping, or automated access other than through documented interfaces.
• Using the platform in breach of applicable export control or sanctions law.
• Interfering with the platform's operation or security.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe presents a safety or fraud risk, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time; obligations already incurred, including payment for completed orders and fees already accrued, survive closure.

9. Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jetvor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of contract, aircraft downtime, or the cost of substitute parts.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from your use of the platform in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid to Jetvor in that period.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Intellectual property

The platform, its software and its branding remain the property of Vendaxis. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the licence necessary to host, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
